We Will Be Away

This weekend, we will visit The Netherlands again. We will have few things to do in the beggining of nextv week in The Netherlands. That's why we are leaving today and staying there for few days. We will be back home on Tuesday night. Oh boy, I could already imaginenthat I am dying. Why? No internet and computer... Oh Boy... I am really addicted to the internet and blogging...

A Little Complain

Just have a little complain about the school. Yesterday, my son came home from school with the dirty nose and face. I know that my son is having the flu, but I thought they can help him a little bit to clean his nose. He can not do it himself. He is just almost three years old boy. I don't know why they did not do that. My hubby said the other kids also had same face like him. So the teacher did not clean the kids face. Could it be because they have more kids in the same class now? The first time I brought my daughter to school, it was only 7 kids in the class. But now, they have 15 kids in the same class.

I don't know.. just don't feel happy when I see it yesterday. Oh well.....it's just a complain of a mother. Nothing so special.

He Is Not Interested

Sometimes, I just want to tell some gossips to my hubby about families. But seems like he is not interested at all about it. Why man don't like to gossip each other? Every times I tell gossips to my hubby, he will just say a simple word, try to look interested but I could see on his face that he does not give attention at all.

I am not angry because of it. But sometime I just miss my mom or my best friend Ines, who like to gossip with me. Hahaha :)

Happy And Proud

We went to the city today. My husband brought us to the city on Saturday. It was a surprise. Normally he would not like to go to the city on Saturday because he knew that the city will be so busy with shopping people.

After we finished walking and bough jacket for my daughter, we walked back to the car. But when we passed by the church, my daughter asked to go inside. She said she need to go inside. I brought her inside and asked her what she want. She said she want to put candle and pray.(that's what I always do when I go to church or chapel). I was so happy to hear that. I did not ask her to do it but it really came for herself. Thanks God!!! I am a blessed mother. That's what I feel this time.

Our Conversation

As a request of my hubby, I post this conversation. (between me and my hubby)

We were watching television and we saw a commercial break about a product. On the ads the guy said "YES, I CAN!"

Hubby : Now every body is using those "Yes, I can!"
Me : Ooo?? Really? Why?
Hubby : It's from Obama ( The U.S President ). Because he often said like that.
Me : Haah? I thought they are copying Bob The Builder. Because Bob also like to say "YES, WE CAN!".

Ha ha ha....

We both laughed so hard. And I said to my hubby for an excuse. Sorry, I never watch news anymore. And every day I've been busy with the kids. The only television program that I watch are children movies, including Bob The Builder. So silly... ha???

Storage

I was looking for any kind of possibility to keep some of my stuffs. And I found some interesting information about climate controlled storage. It is interesting if I can find one in the place where I stay. I will look for it soon.

We're Home

We Are Home again! After spending three days in the Netherlands, finally we are back in Belgium again. We visited few places in the Netherlands, but not a lot. Because on Sunday, we spent few hours in my mother in law's place.

The weather was not really that good yesterday. It was raining most of the time. So we could not walk outside for long time.

But we had good snacks in my MIL's place. They kids were also happy to see their grandmother.

So it's worth the long time driving trip.

Busy For The Weekend

I've been busy for few days already. Since we have a bit tight schedule for our plan. And tomorrow, we will spend our weekend in the Netherlands. Hubby has few important things to do and we also will visit my mother in law on Saturday.

So tomorrow we will leave after I pick up the children from school. I did not package the suitcase yet since I can do it tomorrow when the kids go to school.
I don't think I will have internet connection while I am there. So I will see you next week then.

New Day

It is a new day again. And for the first time of the year, I can feel a little bit warm sun in my face. Yes, when I walked outside few minute ago, I could feel it. We did not have this for few weeks already. Now I hope that it will become warmer and warmer....Cold weather is not really good for us, especially for my children. They get sick so easily in the winter. Just like this time, both are having cough and running nose, sneezing... etc..etc...

I really need to keep the house warm so they will get better quick. But of course when trhey go to school and meet the other kids, I could not help it. They can transfer the sickness just like that. They play together. And as you know influenza is so easy to tranfer from one to another.

Now it's time for me to clean up the house... (again..and again!!! :P)

Happy News

Yesterday, I got happy news from my sister in law in Jakarta. She is pregnant! Congratulations, sis! So happy to hear that. I guess my young brother and my in law also so happy at this time. They are waiting for this moment. But since it is still in early pregnancy, she just ask me to pray that everything will be fine with her and her baby. Of course! I will always pray for that.

But, at this time I am not so happy. My little boy is a bit sick today. Started few days ago that he had cough and last night he had high fever. And today, he is not feeling well at all. I could see from the way he behave and his face too. Let's hope that he will get well soon. It was just few days ago since I mentioned about my sick daughter in my previous post, and now it is my little boy. Pfyuuuuh... I guess I need to become nurse again in this house.

Jippieee....

I was surprised this morning when I checked my other blog's pagerank. Few days ago, it was still zero pagerank. But this morning, when I did not expect anything, I saw it jumped to 3 (three). Wooooooowwwww.... Should I be happy and excited or just keep it cool!

I really don't understand about this google pagerank anymore. But I just hope that it will not move down again :)

Network For Parents

Become a parent is not really an easy job. I agree with that. You need to be alert for everything that can happen to your children. Some parents even have more difficult time when they know that their kid has disability or sickness.

Just like what happened with my cousin. He has three small kids, but one of them have autism. Because of it, his oldest daughter need to get special care and attentions. He needs to find special school that can give special care to teach his daughter.

But I have to give applause for him because he did not complaint about it. He just continue to give the best education and care for his daughter meanwhile manage to become the head of the family.
He always to find information about autism and how to handle kid with autism. He even found on the internet about Parent's Network. Special network for parents who have children with autism.
He said he learned a lot from this network site. They share what they know to others. So he feels like he is not alone in this world. Sometimes he read new articles from their site which can help him a lot with caring his daughter.
Since he is a member now, he will always get an update of useful information that related to autism itself.

When he mentioned it to me, I feel somewhat surprise. I think it is really good network for parents. They can learn more from other parents from all over the world by becoming member of this network.

She Is Sick

When I was in the shower today, my husband knocked on the door. He said he heard the phone ringing. Since he though I was downstair, he did not pick up the phone. But he said the phone was ringing few times. So he was thinking that it was from the school.

I finished my shower immediately, then run downstairs. I picked the phone and called the school. My hubby was right. It was the teacher who called us. They wanted to let us know that our little girl was sick. She had high fever. Then I picked the kids from the school as soon as I can.

I gave her medicine, and she is fine now. She said she feel better. I gave her a little tomato soup and she ate all. Very good! I hope she will not feel sick again.

She is now playing with her brother. Now I will start to cook our dinner. I plan to cook some Mexican burito. Hmmm Yummy!

WOW!

Wooooow, it was the first word when I saw the snow in fron of our house. It's very thickh snow. About 20 centimeter snow here. OMG, what shoes do I need to wear when I need to bring the kids to school.

I quickly run to get my digital camera, and took picture of the snow. Actually when I brought the kids to school, I want to take pictures of them. But I could not do that. It was too danger to do that. I need to watch them walk very carefully. Since there were few cars still driving on the street. And since the street were full of snow, it could be slippery for the cars as well. So I really need to watch my children.

Let's hope I could take picture when they come home. It is still snowing right now But I am not sure how the snow will look like when the kids go home. It could be the same, worst or can be gone within no time. We will see....

I choose this picture for my Weekend Snapshot. I could not make lots of pictures since I had to watch my kids as well. I quickly took one shoot, then had to go back to hold the kids, to keep them a bit far from the fireworks. :)

I Am Trying

I told you in my previous post that I was not really lucky with this blog's pagerank. Now I ma reading and searching on the Internet about how to maintain or increase our pagerank. There are lots of websites explain about this. I am not finish yet with reading those information. So let's see what I can do after I am finish reading. Let's hope my pagerank will get better in the future. Wish me luck, my friends!

Small Fire Works

Last night, we did have little fireworks in the back of our house. Since my hubby promised our kids to buy it, we did drive around after groceries to look for fireworks. My hubby did not know that the stores closed at 6 in the afternoon. We were in a hurry to find the store that still open for the fireworks. Luckily, we could find it when we drove back to the house.

I did not know that those fireworks are so expensive. Maybe because I did not buy it myself for long time. So I did not know the prices at this time.

Anyway... we did have our littel fireworks. The kids were happy. And we also hapy to see the happy faces of our children.

Not So Lucky

I just saw that Google already update their pagerank. Pity that I am not so lucky with this Nyumix's Blog. My pagerank is still zero and the other blog Everything's Here even had degradation. From pagerank 3 into 0. Oh no... I did not expext this of course. But what can I do.
