No Explanation

I was checking my pagerank yesterday for my other blog. I still saw number 3 as the result. But I could not understand that it show different pagerank on the other site. I really confuse now. Is google did update their pagerank again or is it just a glitch? I really have no idea.

Weekend Snapshot : Kids and Internet

This Sunday, we have wonderful weather. I wanted to bring the kids to walk outside for awhile. But it really took sometimes before they finally ready to go out. You know why? This is the reason :




One was chatting with grandma and the other one was busy playing online games. Oh Boy... they took over our computer!

Reading News

I am still reading news from my own country. Just feel so sad about what happen there. I am reading Kompas KCM to read the update news from them.

And I just chatted with my sister in law, she also explained about what happen in Situ Gintung. There are still some people missing, including the husband of her boss. Oh My God, please help the people there. My prayer for them!

When Friend Become Enemy

Do you ever have this kind of situation? When your friend suddenly become your enemy for some reasons? Some people says that there is a very think line between friend and enemy. So when there is something happen that can trigger the emotion of those two people, they can brake this line. And what it happen to you, what will you do? Are you a person who want to keep a long lasting friendship or you just simply forget the person and try to find another friend? I think this question can be simply to answer but can also be so difficult!

Some Pictures

As I mentioned in my previous post, my daughter was dancing Folk Dance in her school yesterday.I tried to catch few pictures but it was not so easy at all. I have few pictures of here and I would like to share with you here. But she was doing so great with her dancing skill. She really did her best for the show.

Dance Lesson

My daughter mentioned few times that she want to learn dancing. We were looking about those Dance School in the neighborhood but it seems like they charge very expensive price for a small little girl who want to do dancing lesson. That's why we did not register yet for the dance lesson.

Today, she will have her dancing performance at school. She will do Folk dance with the other kids as well. The show will start at 10.45 am and the parents can come to see the kids show. I think I will be there too with my husband and my son. I will try to take some picture of her when she dance. Hope to post it here in my blog when I am done.

Who Was It?

It was 10 o'clock in the night. I run to the living room from my bed because I heard a phone ringing. Who was that? Who was calling us at this time? But I did make it. The phone already stopped ringing. I checked on the missed calls directory. It was from my sister in law's number. I did not call her back because I know that she probably looking for my husband. And since my hubby is not at home yet, I guess I don't have to call her back at this time.

But I don't want to get back to my bed immediately. I guess I will wait until my hubby come home and I hope it will be soon.

He Need To Work

My hubby need to work tonight. So I decide to use the laptop and wait until he is coming back home. The children are in bed already. They were so tired. I just hope that they will not wake up too early tomorrow, but also not too late. We need to catch the bus to go to school at 08.00 am. I am the one that need to wake up early to prepare the stuffs for school.
Just hope that my hubby will be fine while he is doing his job. I will also watch movie or television later when I am done with the computer.

No Candies Please!

We are trying to give less sugar to our children. So we never give our kids candies. My daughter started to eat candies when she went to school. But whenever we saw it, we will explain to her that candies is not good for her health and teeth. She listen well to us. And we said to her one time is fine but not more than one candies. Seems it works. My son did not like to eat candies at all. Even they try to give him, he will only taste it and throw it away. Maybe he is really not used to the taste.

We do giving our kids cookies. But it is only one cookie per day. Not more than that. We simply believe that sugar and children does not belong together. You can read my post about Sugar and Hyperactive Child in my other blog.

Food Friday : Sea Weed - Japanese Food

Oh I really miss this food. I love it. But it's a bit expensive to get this sea weed here. But for sure, if I visit Asia, I will go to Japanese restaurant as often as I can, so I can eat the sea weeds!

It's Not Good For The Apple

I mentioned yesterday that the weather is cold again. This morning when we walked to stop the bus, we saw some frozen leaves and grass on our way. Oh No...!! It's not good for the apple's farm. They will not expect this kind of weather. It can be bad for the apples which are starting to grow slowly. This kind of thing happened last year as well. Some farmer complaint about it because they would not able to grow the apples on the trees because of this weather. Let's hope that it will not be too serious this year. They can lose the crops if it happen. ..( Oh Boy.. what am i talking about? I've lived in the farmer land too long I guess :))

Cold Again

This morning when I walked back from school, I feel the weather is changing into a bit cold again. I don't know why. I thought we are expecting Spring weather which is officially will be there next week. But if I feel the cold like this morning, I don't think it's Spring weather at all. It's still like winter but a bit warmer than snow winter.

I just hope that I can have more nice weather when we are here. We plan to bring the children to visit some interesting places in The Netherlands whenever we have the chances.

Wow, 700 posts!

I just saw that I reached 700 posts in my blog.Oh boy, that's a lot of posts I guess. Now I like blogging so much. I will feel unsecured if I could not log in to my blogs in a day. I am addicted into this blogging.

But there is still one thing that I could not do my self. I could not make my own design. I really want to do that. I hope I can learn and do it by my self in the future.

Our Weekend

This Saturday we don't really have special program for the children. In the morning I though we could bring the children to the small forest nearby to have a walk. But the weather change so fast. We decided to go to the city center by bus. But it was raining when we arrived in the city center. So we went to indoor shopping mall and walked around there for awhile.

We went to Indonesian store to buy special herbs for tomorrow. I mentioned in my other post that I need to cook Indonesian food in my mother in law place.

After that we stopped by in the cafe to drink coffee and had a little snack. We also did it for a reason. My son felt a sleep on my arm when we walked around, so we had to stop walking for awhile. I guess he was so tired today.

So that's our weekend. Nothing so special. Tomorrow we will have the Indonesian dinner. This will be special since it will be the first time that I cook Indonesian food for my hubby's families. :)
We did not do that because we always lived far away from the family. And now it's time to show.

Michael Jackson is Back

It's been long time ago since I heard about his tour and music. And now he is back. It's time to watch his tour. I am so happy when I read this information. I really like his musics and songs. So if I have a chance, of course I would like to see his best performance on his next tour. I should take an action soon to get Michael Jackson Tickets. My Exercises

I just finish my exercises for today. Yeah, since I moved to this new place, I have new exercises that I often do. Even I could do it every day. What is it? Walking 2,5 kilometer from the house back and forward to the school. I could take a bus for 1 Eur but I prefer to do my exercise. Why? Because I am losing my weight by doing it. Jippieeee... I am so happy with this. Although in the beginning, it was not my goal to lose my weight. I need to pick up my kids and also bring them to school. And sometimes, my husband who normally do it with the car has other things to do. That's why I have to be ready to do that.

But if the kids are with me, I will not walk. Of course I will use the bus. It's a bit too far for those little steps of my kids. But for me, it's not really that far. In the beginning I still feel a bit tired, but after some days doing the same distance, I am used to it.

It's Not Only Ours

Remember that I told you in my previous post about our car ( if you miss it, you can read it here!) ; this morning I read an important news which was put in the elevator. The building management informed us that there had been few cases happened in the parking place that gasoline from cars had been stolen. Oh boy... it's not only us that had this problem. The building management ask the people who live in the same building to report to the police if they have similar case.

So , I think my hubby will report what happen to our car soon to the police station. Don't you think that the crisis slowly hit the button if people start to steal gasoline from another cars? We should really watch about this economy crisis, friends!

New Curtain In The Bathroom

When I cleaned our bathroom this morning, I realized that the curtain in the shower is a bit old. I am thinking to buy a new one. But since I am still new in this city, I think I need to search on the Internet first to find the store that sell shower curtains. I have no clue yet. But for sure I will find it in the city center. Otherwise, I will just shop online to buy the new shower curtain for my bathroom.

We Tried All

We did go to Amsterdam. We tried all the public transportation. We took bus, tram, and and metro. It was fun. My son really loved it. Only my daughter was so tired in the end. She was nagging a little bit on our way home. She said that she would like to go by car if we ever visit Amsterdam again. :) Funny girl! She was the one who asked me to go to Amsterdam by bus and now she don't want to do it anymore.

Make Your Own T-Shirt

I want to have screen printing for my own shirt. I will make my own design for my shirt. So I am thinking to make few choices for the design. When I am done with the design, I will order my shirt to get printed.

My friend said it will be easy to do that. We even can do online order through Internet. If it's like that it will make my job easier.

Amsterdam Plan

Today we have a plan to go to Amsterdam by bus. But we are not sure if it will push true or not. Yesterday, when we want to go out with our car, we notice that there was something wrong with our car. We did smell gasoline. And then just after five minutes driving, there was another car gave a sign that something wrong with our car. The gasoline is leaking from our car. We drove back to the apartment and check what was wrong. Guess what? Somebody tried to make a whole in the gasoline tank of our car.

Sick people! Just have no idea why they did it. We don't know anybody here, we don't have any enemy here since we just moved to this place. But we have a problem with the car now. My hubby tried to repair it yesterday but there are few whole on the tank.

Really hate the people who did it to our car. They could see that there are baby chairs inside the car. I thought they should think and realize that there are kids on board. God will punish the person who did it. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

So we are not sure if we will still go to Amsterdam today or not!

Women's Accessories

I was searching on the Internet to find some women's accessories. I plan to buy one for my mother in law. I am thinking to buy a gift for her since she always cook nice dinner for us once in two weeks. But it's not really easy as well since I don't know exactly what kind of accessories that she like. For sure I have to find the one that can be fashion jewelry as well.

Since I don't really have time to walk around in the city center to find the stores to buy the gift, I am using internet to find online store that sell those jewelry.
I don't mind to shop online if there is the right gift that I can buy for my mother in law. I am not in a hurry to give it to my mother in law. But I do want to make sure that she will like the gift and wear it often. It does not have to be expensive jewelry. But of course I want the costume jewelry look elegance whenever she wear it.
Just want to make sure that she will be happy with the gift that I will give for her.

I don't often give a gift for her. That's why I want this gift to be a special gift which will make her happy. I know that she like to wear jewelry, especially when she go out with her friends. Even she is almost more than 70 years old, she is still very busy with her friends. Every Monday evening, she is still going out to play bridge with her friends. Sometimes I even think that she has more busy schedule than me. She is so busy, we have to make appointment first before we can visit here.

Next Weekend

Last weekend when we had dinner in my MIL's place ( I posted under Oma's Day post), my hubby offered his mother if it's possible that we will cook Indonesian food and bring the food to her place to have dinner time there. Since she always cook for us, we offer her that idea.

She is fine with the idea. And brother and sister in law decided to join the dinner since they also want to try my cooking. Guess what? Yesterday, my hubby told me that his other brother also will come with his family to taste my Indonesian cooking.

OMG, I do cook Indonesian food but I never cook for big portions. I guess this is new for me. I am already thinking about the menu for next week. Silly!!!

Our Trip

Since we were moving, we made a lot of trip with our kids. It's not a big trip, but just some short trip. We want to show the children some beautiful places in the country where we live now. Today, we went to Zaanse Schans, I made a post in my other blog. You can read it here. And we were so happy today.

We will continue to visit beautiful places in this place. I also took some pictures while we were on the trip. But I will post it later when I have more time.

Cold Beach

Yesterday, my hubby brought us to the beach. It was long time ago since we went to the beach. We were living very far from the beach for almost three years. We lived in the country side of Belgium. And now the beach is not really that are from the place where we live. Only need to drive for half an house then we will be there.

We went to Egmond beach. But it is still too cold at this time to enjoy the beach. Although there was sunshine yesterday, we still felt so cold. But we enjoyed it anyway.We walked for awhile and took a little break to drink warm chocolate milk and coffee.

This is my third Photo Story Friday post. I choose a picture when we went out with the kids to an old bakery museum in the neighborhood. My children had fun there since they could learn how to make chocolate cookies or candies. And they could taste their own creation too.

Back And Forward

Today, I had to go back and forward to the school four time. First, I need to pick up my son at 11.30 in the morning. Walked there first then brought him back to the house. And then at 14.30 I need to be there again to pick up my daughter. Since they are not in the same group, they have different schedule.

Oh boy... now I am taking a break. I am really tired since my son were crying a lot when I picked up my daughter. He did not listen to me at all. I just pretend that I did not hear the crying. I don't care what people said when they looked at my crying boy. He need to learn that he could not get what he want all the time.

According to my experience, finding property will be easier if we get a help from professional worker. That's why I always contact people in the property company whenever I need a place to move.

Dinner in MIL Place

Yesterday night, we had a dinner in my MIL place. I thought it would only us who plan to go there. But later on, my brother in law and other sister in law also came there to join our time in my MIL place.

We had nice dinner there. Pity that my son already too tired to enjoy the food. Since we had quite busy things to do in the day. So in grandma's house, he did not have enough energy to enjoy the night. Normally, if he did not take a nap in a day, he will go to bed at 7 o'clock in the afternoon. But yesterday, he had to stay awake until 8.30 when we finally arrived in the house. That's maybe why he did not want to eat the food in grandma's place.

Oma's Day

It is not about grandparents day, but we always try to have a day to visit my mother in law. My children always happy to see their grandma or oma. And today, we plan to visit her again. Since my son had his birthday last Tuesday, we will celebrate again in Oma's house together with my sister in law.

The children already asked me again this morning, when they just woke up. Is it Sunday now? Is it Sunday now? They are really looking forward to go to their Oma's house.
