One Day Extra

Today, the kids don't need to go to school. They have extra free day because today is the celebration of Indonesian Independence Day. What is so special? I did not see special thing in town except the flags which are hanging every where. Most houses need to hang the Indonesian flag in front of the house. But since this time is also Ramadan fasting month, I think the celebration in some places will be held tonight. I have no idea yet, I don't watch news on television so often. So, I know nothing about news or what is happening here.
