
I just came back from the post office. My husband told me that there is a problem with one shipment that we did last week. We shipped the package with register airmail but until today, the number can't be trace online. So I went to the post office to check about the shipment. And then, when the customer service girl tried to check it, they saw that the package has been shipped to other country, different than the address that I wrote on the package. How could that be? So I immediately filed a complaint about it so they can process it soon. The customer is waiting for the package and we don't know yet where the package is at this moment.
