I wonder what will happen if I write the real name of the courier company here. Will they make a case out of it or not. Will they say that it's violating the regulation or not. But I am pretty much fed up with their service. First off all, they don't really put the detail about this clause that I am complaining now on their airway bill. I am complaining about their late service. They said that they have quickest way to ship your goods. But yesterday, I paid a big amount for their special service which they said that they can deliver the goods in the same day. That's why they charges a bit higher than the normal price. We paid for it but guess what? Our goods are still somewhere else, it's not here yet and yesterday when I made a complaint to their customer services they said that I should wait until 12 o'clock in the night because they will still try to send it on time in the same day. What kind of service it that?
And when I checked the information about making complain regarding this matter, they did not really put clearly in back of the note or bill that they give to their customers.
I WANT MY PACKAGE NOW!... that's what I can say to them... and give me back my money if you can not deliver on time. I don't accept any reason for that matter.
