
Few days ago, I read somewhere about it. They said that we can get rid of the stress that we have by writing. When you feel angry about something, it really help you to get it out when you write your feeling about the anger. Some people probably don't know about this or they don't realize it when they write their feelings especially when they feel the tension of the stress. When it become too much, they will start to write somewhere or making diary and tell the feeling that they have at that time on their diaries.
But writing in a journal as a method for managing stress isn’t the same as using a journal to keep a log of daily events. You have to write your emotion in details so you can use the writing as therapeutic way to get rid off your stress.
No wonder I like to write a lot in my blog especially when I have stress. :D
