Repairing an old house is not really easy as you thought. But with a little help from professional people, you can have a nice experience with it. My husband has some plans to do it again. He would like to get another old houses then he want to fix it into nice houses for living. He has some experiences already that's why he is willing to do it again.
I think he get so proud when he can fix the old house and make it into a nice house. I heard few stories from him before. He said he also try to put exterior light fixtures with the last house project. I would like to see it when he will try to do the same thing with our own house. I wish he can be wise to get discount ceiling fans as well because it will save some budgets for the house.
Last time, when we walked around in the city, my husband also checked for led lighting fixtures. Maybe he want to get one for his next project. I don't know what will be his next plan. I am just waiting for it. He never tell his idea until I can see it my self.
