I think I am the second one. I can still sleep in the night even I know that I have a problem that need to be solve. But my husband the other way around. He will probably get less sleep when there is stress and tension. And if there is a problem that he need to solve, he will hardly get long sleep during the night.
I don't know which one is the better one. I think each kind of person have good and negative effect on their lives. But just watch out that you will not too stress if you have problems in your life. Like a wise man said, everything's happen for a reason.
