Then I started immediately on the same day when I got their email to get my money back by starting the refund process. But their customer service informed us that the refund process will take around 30 -60 days. What kind of service is this? The cancellation is simply not our mistake. But they still want to keep our money so long? It is really a night mare for us. We need our money back to buy another tickets with other airlines. But if they keep our money for more than a month, how can we get another tickets to replace the ones that they cancelled???
So for you who want to fly cheap.. please think again if you want to fly with Airasia...!!!!
