Yesterday, I tried to chat with Airasia customer care to find out about my refund status. And since I am really in a hurry to get back my own money from them ( read my previous post about Airasia) I was hoping to get a help from them regarding this matter.
But what I got from them was just an answer to send email to other department again. I sent email to them, but after two days still did not get any reply at all from them. That's really dissapointing service that I got from Airasia's crew.
