He will gain weight sometime. I would say he will start gaining weight when he is 14-16 because teenagers are younger and need food as their energy. As for adults they are older and less active so they dont need as much food to stay energetic. But I am 16 and when I came to America I was a picky eater also..but when I got older I started to eat more. And I got tired more. It might just be the gene that comes from there parents IDK. But not neccesserly. I weigh about 125 lb Im slim but eat alot, and dont gain as much. Its probly because of high metabalism. when he gets older It will catch up to him in the future.

I would say when he is A teenager like 15 0r 16 he will start eating more because when he gets older his body loses more energy and so teenagers around that age will start to eat more..I was a picky eater also I weighed 50 lb when I was 7 and so when I got older I I lost alot of my energy and I started to become more hungry...right now I weigh about 125lb for a 16 year old. he may eat alot but may not gain alot because of high metabalosim but in the future he will gain when he will get older. It catches up with people. It happens to most people:)
