Coffee, Pros and Contra

Woke up in the morning, go down stairs,and first thing always do is making cup of coffee. I would not feel awake before I drink my first cup of coffee with a little sugar and some coffee cream inside. So, should I consider this as coffee or caffeine addiction?

I know that it is not really good to drink coffee especially when you can no longer stop drinking it, or you have to drink it everyday. When I was pregnant I changed my coffee into decaf coffee. I am not sure if it's really 100% free caffeine,but it was better than drinking the real coffee at that time,considering about the health of my baby inside. But after giving birth and stop giving breastfeeding, I started again to drink coffee.

Of course I know that coffee is not good for our health. Caffeine is a drug and your body will adjust to it. Coffee addiction can cause loss of sleep, depression, chronic headaches, increased blood pressure and blood sugar, and more.
Yes, that's the bad thing about coffee. But then, I read later on about the benefits of drinking coffee.

Some studies found that drinking more coffee may reduce the risk of developing the most common form of diabetes.

Drinking coffee appears to lower the risk of developing skin cancer. The caffeine and exercise seemingly work together in killing off pre-cancerous cells whose DNA has been damaged by UVB-rays.

So, after reading about this information, what should I ( you) do? Give up coffee or just try to limit it,but still can drink it?

I THINK I NEED TO DRINK A CUP OF COFFEE NOW.......

Raining Again

Only for few days we had nice warm weather,and today it was raining.Not hard but almost the whole day we could not really see the nice sunshine. I did give my children warm clothes again, since my daughter already start to get her cold and cough. Always happen when the weather suddenly changed from cold to warm or the other way around to quick.

We canceled our plan to go to the play garden. Just did some groceries,and came back home after that. No special activity, the kids just enjoyed playing in the house.

just hope that we will get nice weather again soon. It is not really nice if the kids can not go out in the weekend.

Baby Sitter

No, I don't need a baby sitter. I just got email from my best friend. She sent me old pictures,me and her twins,long time ago. This picture was taken when they just few months old...



I often went to their house, baby sitting.. well.. not really baby sitting since my best friend also there.And now,they already grow so fast.. this picture was taken at present.



As you can see they really big boys now :)

Dry Feet Problem

Cracked or dry feet may be caused by several things including, bad fitting shoes, heat, or humidity. The perfect solution for you who has dry feet problem is a good and intensive moisturizing treatment.

Long time ago, I had this skin problem in my feet. But I did manage to give intensive moisturizing treatment to my feet so I could solve my dry skin problem.

But after I moved to Belgium, we have different weather and season here,and normally after long winter season, this dry feet problem came back again in my life. I think it is because of the humidity reason. But since I don't really have enough time as I had before, I could not really give fully treatment to my feet. I wish I could do soaking feet in a foot bath with warm soapy water and put some cream in my feet for my treatment more often.
