Today's Plan

Today, I plan to bring my kids to Kidzania. It's a kind of children entertainment place where the kids can play and have fun there. Kidzania is like a real city of children. Children can do many kind of activities that normally done by the adult people such as working in a pizza restaurant, being a nurse or doctor, working as a fire fighter and many more.

Two years ago, I brought my daughter there. She really loved it. But at that time, I could not bring my son since he was still too young to enjoy the fun and games there. Now, he is already 4 years old and I think it's the time to bring him there together with his sister. Now, we are preparing for our trip. Although, I am really not feeling well this morning, I should not nag too much since my children are waiting for this moment to go to Kidzania. Let's prepare kids.. Let's have fun there! I will bring my camera and take some pictures of the children when we are there.

Basic Knowledge To Be A Nurse

Being a nurse is not an easy job. You need to be ready anytime to help people in the hospital. No matter what kind of emotion or situation on your mind, you always have to give smile to people so they can fell better when they see your smile.

There are some basic knowledge that you should know if you want to be a nurse. Some people are learning from cna training information as well. Nursing people is not as easy as you thought. But once you're trained, you will not have any problem in helping and nursing people that need your help.

Friends... friends....

This is what I missed when we lived in Europe. We could not meet Indonesian friends easily there. There are some Indonesian friends that lived near by the area where we lived but it was too difficult to meet each other since we all have our tight schedule every day.

Here, it's been sometimes that I met my best friends. I think each month, we always try to make schedule to meet each other. And we always bring our children as well so they can play together. And not to forget, we also bring the husband. The husband can also meet and talk men things together.

Just like what we did yesterday afternoon. We met in Burger King Fast food restaurant and we had a nice Saturday afternoon there. Here is the picture :

Beauty Day With My Daughter

Yesterday, my daughter asked me if I can bring her to the beauty center. I asked her what she will do there. She said that she would like to have hair cream bath. Oh No.. my five and a half years old daughter already started to ask something like this. I thought I started to get hair treatment for the first time when I just started my college degree. I think my daughter is way more quick than me.

But I brought her there anyway because I promised her already. And she was so happy when she finally got hair cream bath treatment from the girl in the beauty center.

It is my pleasure to see a big cute smile from her face. :)

Blood Donation Queue

Yesterday, when I went to bring my son to his playgroup class, I saw many people were queuing in a long line. I was wondering about it. What are they doing? That was the question that came across my mind. So I tried to find out by asking people around there. Then I got the answer, they were queuing for giving blood donation. That's why some people were filling some kind of forms as well there. That's maybe the form that they need to complete in order to give their blood for donation.

Giving blood donation is a brave thing. Your blood can be so important for other people when they really need it. Then I wonder if those people are coming there because they follow their friends or they really have it from the bottom of their hearts that they want to help others by giving blood donation.

Anyway... I should give BIG THUMB for those people who are willing to share their bloods for people who need it.

School Fees Are Expensive Here, Why?

School with English language as their main language when they teach the children are very popular nowadays in this country. Many parents would like to put their kids in the school that use English language because they think that they can give better results for the children. I have to put my children in English language school as well, but there is other reason for me to put my kids there. My children can not speak the national language that they use in those national schools here. So I have no choice. I have to put them in English language schools.

What I don't like about it is the expensive fee that they ask for each kid. It does not make any sense at all for me. Schools suppose to have the idea to teach children and to make the people think better. But if the idea of the school is just collection as much money as they can from the students or the parents, how can you be so sure that the school will do their best to give good educational background for the children? Some schools have foreigner native teachers meanwhile the others are just having local teachers that can speak English. Do you believe that those teachers are using the right English like it suppose to be? Their mother language are not English. So I believe they can make a mistake as well when they teach the kids with their English. Even not sure if they are using proper grammar to teach the kids.

But if you want to put your kids in a school that has foreign teacher, you can already guess that the school fees will be much more higher. Their excuse will probably the same. They need to pay high salaries to those expat teachers.

Fun With Pictures

I am bored. So I am trying to play and have some fun with pictures. I like to take pictures but it's been few weeks that I did not do that since I did not go to interesting places. So I just play with the pictures that I have in my collection.

Do I Need To Believe It?

What do you think about this? Someone that I know often giving promises, saying something to you but will be regret by herself later on. The person offer you something that she never want to give to you. She asked you to go out somewhere but she will postpone it in the last moment when you are ready to go to that date or event. What will you do? Do you still want to believe what she said after all that lies? Should I still believe her? Or should I just think that she is a bunch of lies?

Sending Some Postcard

Few weeks ago, I promised my mom-in-law that I will send some pictures of the kids. But I really forgot to do that until my husband reminded me last night. There were few things to do during these weeks, that's the reason I did not remember to send those pictures to my in-law. I think I will also send a postcard printing to her when I want to send the pictures to the Netherlands.

I hope she will not get angry with me because of this. I don't know how long it will take when I send the pictures to her place. If I am not wrong, it will take around 2 weeks before it arrived. Maybe I should also prepare some postcards for Easter as well that I can send to other families in the Netherlands.

My Daughter is a Brave Girl

Yes, I should say like that. Two days ago, I brought her to the dentist for the first time. I found a pediatric dentist near her school and I decided to bring her there. Two of her teeth were still there (even it's already moving a bit). So I brought her there and the doctor started the treatment. He needed to pull out those teeth because the new tooth is coming in the back of it. And guess what? She did not cry at all. I already promised her that I buy her lots of ice cream. So... after the doctor finished giving the treatment, she got ice cream for me. Good girl.... you.re a very brave girl.

Lazy Weekend

Today, it will be a lazy weekend for us. We don't have any plan yet to go somewhere. Hubby probably will ask to go out and have a little snack or food in small restaurant near by. And the kids probably only want to go to a shopping mall where they can find games and toys to play there, such asTimezones, Funworlds, etc.

I woke up late then realized that my children already woke up too. I looked for them downstairs and they already played with their grandma (my mom). So I made my morning coffee then started my notebook to write some posts in my blogs. And here I am again....in front of the computer and enjoy my hot coffee in my bed...

New Play Station 2

My son is 4 years old now. Last Sunday, we made a little party for him. It's just a small group of family that I invited. I did not want to make big party because we just came back from long holiday in Bali. But I wanted to have a little party for him because I want him to blow his candle with the people and kids around him. That's what his sister got when she had her birthday party. So I should be fair to him. Of course, he did not say that he want the party. As a parent, I should know that.

And I was right. He was so happy last Sunday. Every time he got a present, he will smile and immediately opened the gift in front of the guest.

The biggest gift that he got was from my parents, his Oma and Opa. My mother decided to buy Play Station 2 for him. He was very happy to see his new Play Station 2. I could imagine it. Before, he was already playing Play Station 1 but now, he got one step further than what he played before.
As a mother, I feel blessed when I can see a big smile on my children face.

Wonderful Party

Last Saturday, I attended the wedding party of my ex-boss (also my friend). He finally found someone.. ( just like the song that I heard in his wedding).

I am so happy for him. When he saw me there, he still teased me by saying something funny to my daughter who also came to attend the party with me. Anyway... Congratulations my friend. The party was so wonderful, many foods on the tables, many families and friends... Hope GOD will bless your marriage. Proficiat!
